Return and Refund Policy

At Red Eye Merch, we ensure that every product is carefully inspected and securely packed to prevent any damages or defects. While such instances are rare, the following return and refund policy applies:

1. No Returns or Replacements for NIB (New in Box) Items

NIB (New in Box) items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Returns or refunds are only applicable for:

Mint, Used, or Out of Box (OOB) items that arrive completely broken or destroyed.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging (if applicable), and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process a return or refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video meeting the following conditions:

  • The video must show the package being opened for the first time.
  • The damage or broken condition of the product must be visible immediately upon unboxing.
  • The packaging, product, and issue must be clearly shown in the video.

⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. No Exceptions After Order Fulfillment

  • Once an order is fulfilled and delivered, no other return or replacement requests will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly met.
  • Any issues reported after unboxing without proof will not be considered.

5. Return Request Timeframe

  • Customers must submit a return request within hours of receiving the package. Delayed requests will not be accepted.
